Menstruation is a natural and vital part of every woman’s life, yet it continues to be surrounded by silence and stigma. Taking a step toward change, Olympia Trust, in collaboration with Dnyaneshwari Shikshan Trust, organized an enlightening Menstrual Cycle Awareness Session to promote open dialogue on menstrual health, hygiene, and overall well-being.
The session, held on 6th October 2025 at Sant Dnyaneshwar Girls High School, Pratik Nagar, Vishrantwadi, Pune, was led by Ms. Anuja Mohile ( M.Sc. Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics) — a distinguished expert with over 15 years of teaching and clinical experience. Specializing in Pediatric and Adolescent Nutrition and Menstrual Health & Sports Nutrition, Ms. Mohile shared valuable insights on understanding the menstrual cycle, managing it with confidence, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition.
The initiative aimed to empower young girls to embrace their bodies and break free from age-old myths and misconceptions. Through interactive discussions and practical knowledge, participants learned the importance of hygiene, nutrition, and emotional well-being during menstruation.
By fostering awareness and education, Olympia Trust and Dnyaneshwari Shikshan Trust continue their mission to build a generation that is confident, informed, and unafraid to talk about menstruation.
Together, let’s Empower. Educate. Embrace.
