Blood donation is one of the simplest yet most powerful acts of kindness. Every unit of blood donated has the potential to save up to three lives, making voluntary blood donation a critical component of a strong healthcare system.
A Blood Donation Camp was organized on 22nd November 2025 at Amba Nagari, Lohegaon Road, Dhanori, Pune – 15 by Olympia Trust in collaboration with Dnyaneshwari Shikshan Trust partnering with Datri – Blood Stem Cells Registry and Nobel Hospital. The camp aimed to encourage voluntary blood donation and support patients needing emergency medical care.Donors underwent preliminary health screening, including hemoglobin levels, blood pressure, and general health checks, to ensure a safe and smooth donation process.
Beyond saving lives, blood donation also promotes community responsibility and empathy. The collected blood units will support patients undergoing surgeries, accident victims, mothers during childbirth, and individuals battling chronic illnesses.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all donors, volunteers, medical staff, and partners who made this camp a success. Their selfless contribution reaffirms that a small act can make a big difference.
Together, let us continue to promote voluntary blood donation and work towards a healthier, more compassionate society.
